STOS extension in VSCode (or in VSCodium) doesn't work

When I try to use 'STOS new' command (like it's said in your tutorial) I get error message: "Command 'STOS: The Game Creator: STOS New' resulted in an error. (command 'stos.stosnew' not found)"). What am I doing wrong?
