STOS Club Newsletters

The original STOS Club Newsletters. Published circa 1988-1993.

Back in 2018, Michael reached out to the group to find out if anyone still had any copies of the STOS Club newsletters. Much to everyone’s delight, one member still had the complete collection! These were kindly scanned in by Graham Smith and submitted to the STOS Coders FB group (June 2018). Permission was sought from both Aaron Fothergill and Chris Payne to allow these to finally be made available to the general public. Pat Winstanley could not be located, but we concluded she would have been more than happy to give permission also.

Chris Payne was very happy to see the newsletters again, after all these years. He had laid out issue 4 using Pagemaker, and added graphics from popular Mac games at the time.

We are proudly hosting them here at STOS Coders. Chris Swinson (aka. exxos) also hosts the newsletters at The STOS Time Tunnel within the Documents section of his own website.
